Flow with the founder of Inside Flow in the beautiful winter landscape of Bad Hofgastein
For the second time, yunion invites you to the Inside Flow Winter Festival and 35 Inside Flow Teacher Trainings. 2023 created a very special atmosphere: it was familiar, cozy and international at the same time. We are already looking forward to walking to the Flowstage in our winter coats under the crunching snow and filling our tumblers with hot tea.

The founder of Inside Flow and Inside Yoga leads the winter festival.

The Inside Flow Senior Team is on board!
Lulu Soul, Hie Kim, Nicki Vellick and Anna Herz will be there. Hie Kim leads the 30 TRC Advanced Teacher Training.

International community for winter time
It’s something very special to get one last great new impression before Christmas in winter. All 80 participants from 2023 agreed that it was a really great time.

Line-Up
This event will be led by Young Ho Kim. All other teachers may teach at the Winter Festival. Hie Kim will lead the advanced Inside Flow immersion.
Venue
The Flow Stage is our venue for the Inside Flow Winter Festival. On 500 m2 we come together to sweat, laugh and be inspired.
