The first Vienna Yoga Festival:
3 days, 10 yoga styles, 22+ workshops
The Vienna Yoga Festival will take place from Friday, March 17 to Sunday March 19, 2023 in Vienna. On Friday there will be longer intensive workshops in all three doktor yoga studios. On Saturday and Sunday the event will take place in the Sofiensälen in the center of Vienna. ou can expect a colorful mix of yoga styles: Vinyasa Flow in different interpretations, Afro Latin Flow (with live music), Inside Flow, Electro Yoga (with DJane Seba), Jivamukti Yoga, Yin Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Yoga & Physio, Inversion Workshops….

Line-Up
Our goal in selecting the line-up was not only quality, but also to offer as diverse a mix of yoga styles, cultural backgrounds and focuses as possible. We are very excited to welcome all these wonderful yoga teachers to Vienna in March 2023!
Hie Kim
Hie Kim is one of the main instructors of the legendary Inside Yoga Studio, which trains in more than eight locations. Every year he teaches hundreds of yoga teachers and is well known on the big yoga stages of the German speaking and Asian countries.
Hiro Landazuri
Hiro began teaching yoga in 2007, while pursuing a dual master degree in medical pharmacology and cardio pulmonary surgery but ultimately realized he had a greater purpose in life, to help more people through the power of yoga.
Mathieu Boldron
Mathieu has taken over 3,000 hours of yoga teacher training from master teachers all over the world and remains a student for life. He has taught over 45 YTT’s globally. His trainings have evolved with him over time, but have common threads emphasizing yoga philosophy, breath work, sound healing, anatomy and FUN.
Vira Drotbohm
Slow down, become more sensitive and alive. Be able to listen. To radically turn to the body and treat it in such a way that the soul feels lovingly at home in it. Dare to open the ‘lid’ that so readily suppresses unpleasant feelings. Healing begins with self-acceptance.
Celest Pereira
Aneta Tippkemper
Aneta is teaching yoga and fitness for 10 years now and loves to witness the huge transformation and positive changes of her students on all levels of their lives. She helps people to be a better version of themselves and coatches them in different aspects like challenges, health problems, stress level management or loosing physical or mental weight.
Alexey Gaevskiy
Alexey has been teaching yoga for more than 10 years and is an international instructor of a modern powerful style of yoga. Since his youth he has practiced taekwondo, participated in competitions and received several awards. As Inside Flow Pro Teacher and Inside Yoga Senior Teacher he is a permanent member of the training team of Young-Ho Kim’s Inside Acadamy.
Jazz Sanchez
The Latin American discovered her passion for yoga more than 11 years ago. Besides Vinyasa Flow, Relax Yoga, and Hatha Yoga, she also teaches special classes for pregnant women and founded her own style of yoga: “AFRO LATIN YOGA FLOW”. This is based on a mixture of African dance movements, Latin American rhythms and live music.
Anna heart
Anna is a yoga teacher and Inside Flow Junior Teacher from Frankfurt. Her yoga classes come straight from the heart – she gently guides you through dynamic flows that let you feel into your body in a very sensitive way, tuning your heart rate to the beat of the music and bringing together body awareness, thought world and emotion.
Viktoria Ecker
The founder of doktor yoga looks back on a life as multifaceted as yoga: business administrator, fashion industry, yoga teacher. Experiences that have always shown the Upper Austrian new and exciting paths on her way. Whether “classic” or “creative profession” – four things count for her: passion, fun in the matter, full commitment and joy in working with other people.
Manuel Neumann
Manuel lives and loves to share his passion for yoga with other people. In his high-energy classes, creative sequencing and functional alignment meet with great empathy. Manuel’s calm demeanor carries him through even the most challenging and demanding passages, effortlessly making the transition from physical training to moving meditation.
