Rebecca likes to play seriously. She is a third-culture, international yoga teacher with roots in both Hong Kong and the United States. Coming from a family of entertainers and musicians, Rebecca understands the power of a good story and its impact on the human experience. She loves to connect through movement with music - whether it is in an Inside Flow or in a Power Vinyasa class set to a banging playlist. Rebecca’s intention is to help you find your ah-ha moment. It could be finding a pose, it could be a feeling, it could be a well-intended practice. To her, yoga isn’t about executing the perfect posture or sequence, but about enjoying the feelings that come with every movement. Over the last decade, she’s shared her joy in practice and mentorship through teaching in Asia, Europe, and North America. During her off peak hours, Rebecca loves to make pies, hike mountains, and watch movies at home with her cats. She is a lululemon legacy ambassador and a lover of 90s R&B music.
