This class combines gentle yoga, massage, and self-myofascial release techniques to promote soft tissue release and restore range of motion.
We’ll start with a warm-up flow to identify areas of tension, then dive into targeted massage and mobility work. The goal is to improve overall physical well-being by reducing soreness, enhancing flexibility, and boosting the body’s natural recovery abilities.

12:30 – 14:00 | Balance Flow: An Ayurvedic Approach | Hall of Bliss
This class will utilize the principles of Ayurvedic yoga to help students enhance their mind-body coordination and stability through a series of balancing poses and breath work. Drawing on Ayurveda’s emphasis on harmonizing the three fundamental elements of vata, pitta, and kapha, the class will guide students to explore their own internal balance. The practice will begin with gentle warm-up movements to prepare the body, followed by a flow of balance-focused postures coordinated with the breath. Students will then explore pranayama techniques targeting the regulation of each dosha. The class will conclude with a seated meditation, allowing participants to tune into the sensations of equilibrium within.
