17:00 – 18:30 | Let’s break the rules! | Shavasana Shala
Have you ever broken a rule, and felt so empowered afterwards? Maybe because you felt that rule was meaningless; like the emperor’s new clothes, everyone went along with it without questioning it. But you! …you allowed yourself to be curious, to be different, and in the process learned the power of critically thinking, of being creative, of not putting yourself into the same box as everyone else. That’s what we’re doing in this class: breaking traditional rules of what yoga asana „should“ be. Prepare to put your knees past your toes, to move in wonky ways, and to challenge the status quo with mindful curiosity.

10:30 – 12:00 | „I create my reality“ Drishti and Handstands Flow | Shavasana Shala
This all-levels handstands focused class is centred around the drishti, paying attention to how the visual system can help us with our balances and with our self-awareness. Taking inspiration from the practice of pratyahara, we will build stability in the body and mind to ramp up our confidence to kick to a handstand in ways that feel fun, safe, and controlled. No need to let your feet ever come off the floor to enjoy this 90 minutes of mindful movement.
15:00 – 16:30 | Calm Power | Flowstage
This power-yoga style vinyasa class combines some of Adell’s favourite „hurts so good“ movements that lead to strength, resilience, and stability — sure, in the body, but more importantly: of the mind. Because we’re not really making shapes with our bodies as much as we are moulding our minds.

10:30 – 12:00 | „I choose laughter“ Leg Mobility Handstand Flow | Shavasana Shala
A handstand class for all levels! Let’s have fun and choose laughter as we use brain-based techniques to build the mobility in our legs that we need to comfortably kick to handstands (and maybe play with some leg shapes!) No prior handstand experience is required — just lungs and a mouth so you can laugh along this flow.
15:00 – 16:30 | Bird of Blissful Paradise | Flowstage
Through the limbs of yoga, we practice and work hard to release, let go, grow, and transform ourselves. But, we also need to stop trying so hard sometimes! We need to remember that it’s okay to take a break from growing, and simply BE. In this class we will tap into existing powers within us to flow towards the peak pose of Bird of Paradise. By targeting nerves instead of muscles, we’ll glide into shapes that feel blissful and effective, taking time to notice the resources available within us when we stop pushing and let ourselves simply become.

Take this opportunity to treat your body and nervous system with this class full of all of Adell’s most favourite feel-good stretches, movements, and techniques to unravel your spine, wring out sore muscles, and ease yourself into calm. Expect a combination of juicy movements with brain-based techniques that turn down the volume on the sympathetic nervous system.
